PyCon Russia 2026

Staff members from the Ivannikov Institute for System Programming of the Russian Academy of Sciences (ISP RAS) participated in the exhibition at the PyCon Russia 2026 conference, held in Moscow on July 24–25. The event brought together leading Python developers and specialists, serving as a key platform for sharing expertise in the development of reliable and efficient software.
The ISP RAS booth showcased the Institute’s medical technologies that utilize artificial intelligence to assist healthcare professionals:
- ECG analysis systems — solutions for the automated processing of 1-, 6-, and 12-lead electrocardiograms, enabling the detection of heart rhythm abnormalities and other pathologies at early stages.
- Melanoscope AI is an intelligent system for the early detection of melanoma and malignant skin neoplasms based on the analysis of dermatoscopic images.
Both solutions are particularly relevant for clinical decision support systems and early diagnosis programs—covering both cardiovascular diseases and malignant skin neoplasms. Conference participants showed interest in the presented technologies, noting their practical value.
