All-Russian Conference "Progress in Biomedicine: From Research to Clinical Practice (OrelBioMed)"
The V.P. Ivannikov Institute of System Programming of the Russian Academy of Sciences (ISP RAS) will take part in the All-Russian Conference “Progress in Biomedicine: From Research to Clinical Practice (OrelBioMed),” which will be held on September 11-13, 2025, at the Orel State University named after I.S. Turgenev.
The event, dedicated to modern biomedical technologies and biophotonics, will serve as a key platform for showcasing domestic developments in the field of digital healthcare. ISP RAS will present its advanced solutions to the conference participants, which were created as part of the import substitution strategy and digital transformation of medicine.
One of the key products that will be presented at this event is Melanoscope AI, a complex for early detection of melanoma and other malignant skin tumors based on the analysis of dermatoscopic images. The project includes not only software with AI algorithms, but also the development of a domestic dermatoscope. The solution is being prepared for registration as a medical device.
Participation in the OrelBioMed conference will allow ISP RAS not only to present its technologies to a wide range of scientific and medical specialists, but also to discuss ways to implement them in clinical practice, which is fully in line with the forum’s goal of combining advanced research and practical healthcare.
